Dino Giuliani, AACI, AIMA

Upon graduating from this area of study in 1990, Dino began his career working in the fee appraisal business and later Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

In 1994, Dino founded Approved Appraisal Services and has been operational since. His experience covers a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial assignments throughout the southern Ontario area. His other related experience includes participation in the establishment of an appraisal review department for a major financial institution.

Since 1997, Dino has successfully held a political position as a School Board Trustee.

Sandro Giuliani, Candidate

Sandro began his career as a real estate broker in 1991, and joined our firm in 1998. His experience also includes working with a financial institution and investment market. Sandro’s appraisal experience includes commercial / industrial.
